Description
Key Responsibilities

This includes, but is not limited to: Partner Growth & Enablement
- Build robust, long-term relationships with assigned channel partners
- Lead structured partner business reviews and growth planning conversations
- Help partners identify capability gaps, go-to-market opportunities, and priority focus areas
- Enable partners through coaching, education, and ongoing commercial guidance

Commercial & Revenue Management
- Increase and maintain share of wallet in a competitive partner environment
- Ensure forecasts and projections are accurate and opportunities are actively progressed
- Communicate promotions, incentives, and initiatives clearly and consistently
- Challenge solution choices where they are not aligned to partner or end-customer outcomes
- Support partners with pricing logic, margin awareness, and solution suitability

Partner Experience & Internal Coordination
- Maintain awareness of each partner’s technical and commercial status
- Identify and resolve partner performance or engagement issues before they escalate
- Act as an internal advocate for partners while balancing Hosted Network priorities
- Coordinate with sales, technical, provisioning, finance, and marketing teams to deliver outcomes

Systems & Process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
- Ensure partner activity, opportunities, and communications are documented
- Support enablement initiatives including education campaigns, webinars, and partner communications
- Understands that channel partners are not customers and that “yes” is not always the right answer
- Confident saying no in a way that preserves and strengthens relationships
- Enablement-led, enjoys coaching, teaching, and improving how partners operate
- Comfortable working with autonomy, ambiguity, and competing priorities
- Commercially curious, always asking “why” and “what’s the real outcome here?”

Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
- Strong negotiation and commercial communication skills
- Experience selling technology solutions, ideally within telco, cloud, or security
- Solid understanding of MSP business models and partner economics
- Demonstrated ability to link partner objectives to mutual business outcomes

Nice to Have
- MSP or channel experience
- Australian market experience
- Telco or cloud industry background
- Experience working with Australian or US clients

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Account management: 2 years (preferred)
