Production Assembler (Saint Marys)

We are looking for a production assembler to join the team in St Marys, NSW

**Qualifications/Experience/Know-How**:

- Essential:_
- Mechanical aptitude
- Pneumatic-electric hand tool experience
- Production machine exposure
- Assembly workflow knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Willingness to upskill
- Desirable:_
- Forklift license
- Radial drill experience
- Basic center lathe skills
- Basic welding skills

**Operation of Machines**: Our production processes utilize a diverse range of machines, including but not limited to:

- Press
- Radial drill
- T Drill
- Flare Head
- Draw Table
- Center Lathe
- Drop Saw
- Band Saw
- Bench Grinder
- Shot Blaster
- Pneumatic or battery hand tools

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble components from inventory and complete production processes
- Assemble and test finished products according to work order requirements
- Ensure work is completed within allocated times and daily targets are achieved

**Position Summary**:

- Overall Job Purpose:_ Assembles valves, lined products, or actuators. Examines work to ensure QA standards and client specifications are met.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Perform in-process inspections on all components for non-conformances in materials, size, defects, or faulty workmanship and promptly alert the supervisor.

**Maintenance**:

- Carry out minor maintenance requirements within manufacturing.

Pay: Up to $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
