We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer for a joinery business located in Western Sydney.

**The role with include;**
- Assisting the purchasing department with material and hardware purchases for projects.
- Manage and maintaining the company’s factory stock inventory.
- Receipt and manage incoming materials and supplies appropriately.
- Pick and pack all materials and hardware for assigned projects as the assembly team commences works.
- General stock take on materials.
- Review and check off assigned hardware when items are been sent to site.
- Building and maintain relationships with suppliers.

**We are looking for;**
- Relevant qualifications in purchasing/ inventory etc.
- Prior experience in purchasing/ inventory/ picking in the Joinery & Fitout industry.
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- Experience in supplier payments and invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- Australian working rights.
