Production Supervisor (Saint Marys)

**About the Opportunity**

We are looking to appoint an experienced Production Supervisor to join our industry leading Corinthian St Mary's facility with a production workforce of 150 people. You will lead and allocate work to a skilled production crew of 25-30, Your focus will be the safe production of our high-quality products, along with implementing our lean manufacturing goals and strategies to improve the operation and processes within your specified section of the plant.

In addition, you’ll:

- lead the continual development in Safety Culture across the area of responsibility
- improve engagement and culture through leadership, training and mentorship
- lead production employees, ensuring performance levels are always maintained
- maintain timely production schedules and communicate issues or delays
- ensure daily high-quality production completion within agreed productivity benchmarks
- root cause identification and elimination of causes of lost productivity
- maintain a robust customer focus, striving to achieve 100% delivery in full on time

**About You**

We’re looking for experience as a frontline leader in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement, along with experience in or exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles. You need to have an open and transparent communication style, including the ability to gain trust, and you need to have the ability to connect with a range of people at different levels to motivate, coach and mentor your operating crew.
