About the Role

Start as a casual General Hand, working across various areas of production based on workload and project needs. If we’re a positive fit for each other, there’s opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent role.

Shift Options

We prefer afternoon shift availability, but day shift can be discussed.

Day Shift:

Mon
- Thurs: 6:00 am
- 3:00 pm

Fri: 6:00 am
- 12:00 pm

Afternoon Shift:

Mon
- Thurs: 3:00 pm
- 11:00 pm

Fri: 12:00 pm
- 6:00 pm

What We’re Looking For

Highly Regarded:

Experience in the paint/coatings industry

General handyman or labouring experience

Proficiency with hand and air tools

Current forklift ticket

Essential Qualities:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliable, punctual, and shift-ready

Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Positive personal presentation

Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative
