Executive Assistant & Sales Support Maternity Leave Contract We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated person to join our Sales Team in Canungra. This full-time role provides Executive Support to our Sales Manager and general administrative support to the team. This position is a maternity leave position commencing as soon as possible, with a duration of one year from the start date. The potential to extend into a permanent role in a similar position. No two days will look the same in this role. It will suit someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being helpful, and can switch gears easily. A sense of humour will be looked upon very favourably. - General administration, including answering phone calls.
- Sales support, quoting, and invoicing.
- Executive support to the Sales Manager, including email and calendar management.
- Customer follow‑up and relationship management.
- Occasionally writing sales emails, brochures, and promotional letters.
- Marketing campaign support for the annual sales (ie, collecting printing/brochures for the office).
- Maintaining office kitchen supplies (eg. Milk/Coffee/Snacks).
- General day‑to‑day office operations.
- Prepare, update, and maintain internal documents. About You
- Experience in administration, sales support, or EA roles.
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Tech‑savvy person who is confident using, or can learn quickly, various hardware and software.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Google programs, or Slack is a bonus.
- Demonstrates a hands‑on approach, proactively identifying and adapting to changing priorities, and is willing to assist across all areas of the business wherever needed. What We Offer
