About Us We are a fast-growing waste recycling and collection company based in Western Sydney, servicing retail shops, automotive workshops, and commercial clients across the greater Sydney metro area. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, scheduled waste pickup and recycling solutions that keep our clients' operations running smoothly. As we continue to expand our customer base, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to be part of our growing team. The Role This is a dynamic, people-focused role that blends customer care, proactive outreach, and light marketing support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key part in growing and retaining our client base. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Calling existing customers regularly to check satisfaction, address concerns, and strengthen relationships
• Following up on new leads passed from our sales representative and converting them into active accounts
• Answering inbound phone enquiries and handling customer requests professionally
• Managing and maintaining our social media accounts and creating basic marketing content
• Calling customers to promote seasonal offers, promotions, and new service announcements
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and operations system What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role
• Confident, friendly phone manner with strong communication skills
• A positive, high-energy attitude — you enjoy talking to people and building rapport
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
• Basic social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat or similar)
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced business environment
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills highly regarded but not essential What We Offer
• Base salary of $55,000 – $70,000 per annum depending on experience
• 5% commission on new customers you successfully convert from leads
• Stable, full time Monday to Friday role based in Western Sydney
