Accountant – Finance & Operations Support (Saint Marys)

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a hands-on and motivated Accountant to join our team and grow with us. About the Role You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with accounting and finance operations. This is a broad and learning-oriented role, ideal for someone who wants to develop a strong foundation in business accounting and grow into a senior finance position in the future. Key Responsibilities
- Process day-to-day transactions: invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with BAS/GST lodgement
- Support payroll processing and record-keeping
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Assist with cash flow tracking and budgeting
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records
- Support management in improving systems and financial procedures What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Basic knowledge of BAS/GST, payroll, and accounting principles
- Experience with Xero or MYOB is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded.
