Logistics Coordinator (Saint Marys)

About Us We are a fast-growing waste recycling and collection company based in Western Sydney, operating a mixed fleet of 7 trucks servicing clients across the greater Sydney metro area. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, on-time collection services to our clients every day. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and switched-on Logistics Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly. About the Role You will be the backbone of our daily operations — scheduling jobs, coordinating drivers, and making sure every truck is in the right place at the right time. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires someone who can think on their feet and stay calm under pressure. Your Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and allocate daily jobs across a fleet of 7 trucks
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Coordinate pickups with clients and confirm job completion
• Forecast job volumes and plan routes efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, volumes, and driver performance
• Liaise with the customer service team to ensure smooth job handover
• Report daily operations summary to management What We're Looking For
• 2+ years experience in logistics coordination, transport operations, or fleet management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital tools, apps, or logistics software
• A team player who takes ownership of their work
• Experience in waste management or tyre collection is a plus but not essential What We Offer
• Full time Monday to Friday, Western Sydney based
• Salary $60,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
