**Female Youth Support Worker
- Youth work (St Marys 2760) and Campbelltown 2560**:

- Day Shifts Available (AM and PM)_

We are currently seeking a passionate and empathetic Female Youth Support worker to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals living with disability. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the daily lives and wellbeing of our participants through person-centred support.

The participant currently resides in St Marys 2760 and Campbelltown 2560, NSW, and we are looking for staff who is available for both Morning and afternoon shifts

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting participants with in-home care and personal routines
- Assisting with community access and social engagement
- Providing emotional and social support to encourage independence
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
- Minimum 6 months experience in youth work or community services sector
- Willingness to engage with participants at their own pace and ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Robust communication skills, compassion, and patience
- Flexible and reliable with a genuine commitment to quality care
- Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00
- $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Direct support: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
