Role: Early Childhood Educator Location: Forbes, New South Wales Salary Range: $39 – $45 per hour Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Centre: Goodstart Forbes – accredited Kindergarten and Preschool programs. Overview Goodstart is a not‑for‑profit organization dedicated to providing high‑quality early learning programs across Current South Wales. Responsibilities As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with peers to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs. You will put safety first, ensuring all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of 1 year’s teaching experience.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom and engage with educators, families and children.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
