- $38.10 per hour + super Responsibilities As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. The Welcome Experience The Welcome Experience is a free service for essential workers and their families who are considering moving to, or have moved to, regional NSW. Local Connectors make moving easier by helping you find a home, schools, childcare, job opportunities for your partner, and connections within the community. About Goodstart Calala Our service is a 66-place centre, rated as ‘Exceeding’ in all 7 National Quality Standard areas. The centre director of our service, Helen, has over 20 years of experience and has been previously awarded Goodstart’s Employee of the Year for NSW. Our long‑standing family base demonstrates the high‑quality services we provide to local children and the wider community. We’re very proud of our outdoor learning spaces, with a large size and quality resources for lessons. Benefits
