Senior Property Manager | + (Tamworth)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own residential property portfolio end-to-end
- Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding all property matters
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor communication
- Conduct routine inspections and manage compliance requirements
- Handle leasing processes including applications and tenancy sign-ups
- Assist with general office phone coverage and client enquiries
- Support front desk duties as required
- Maintain accurate records using industry systems About You
- Previous experience managing your own Property Management portfolio
- Robust knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and processes
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently while being part of a team
- Comfortable assisting with reception/phone duties when required
- Strong computer skills and experience with property management systems Essential Requirements
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Previous Property Management experience (own portfolio required) What’s On Offer
