- Full-time Role, 35 hours per week Business Unit: Property, Buildings & Beach Services Salary Range: $92,604.95 to $107,622.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience). The Property Commercial and Tourist Assets team are a dynamic area of Council that manage a range of properties including large tourist destinations, along with commercial, residential and community properties. - Administration of a property portfolio including leasing and licencing, rent reviews, property management and land dealings.
- Management of associated property related projects including public notification and report writing.
- Provision of a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Attending to any other lease and property matters with a focus on maximising returns and minimising risk in line with Council’s objectives and policies.
