About the Role Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include:
- Build a sales and customer satisfaction culture
- Team training and development
- Stock management, and reporting
- Implementing initiatives and promotions in-store
- Managing and addressing human resources, rostering, safety and operational matters as they arise
- Adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures About You & Your Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Retail Manager (or similar) position
- Experience working in a remote/regional location

- Well-developed and skilled communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
