NSW, Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre – Taree 2430 Role Overview Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre is seeking energetic and confident Swim Teachers to deliver swimming lessons across various ages and abilities. Candidates must be effective communicators with a strong attention to detail, possess strong time‑management and organisational skills and be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
- Deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Plan lesson schedules and manage lesson timing.
- Communicate progress and address concerns with parents/clients.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety policies. Qualifications & Skills
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
- Current Swim Teaching Certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People and National Police Check.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive teaching style.
