Automotive Parts Interpreter (Taree Auto Group)

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our busy Hyundai, Mitsubishi and Chery Dealership in Taree NSW. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers, our workshop. Key Responsibilities Parts Interpretation: Identify, source and supply correct parts for vehicles using electronic catalogues and manufacturer-specific databases. Customer Service: Provide professional advice and accurate quotes to retail and trade customers via phone, email and face to face. Workshop Support: Liaise with the service department to ensure technicians have the necessary parts for scheduled repairs and maintenance. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, checking and putting away stock, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and participating in stocktakes. Logistics: Manage incoming freight and coordinate parts returns. Qualification Experience: No Prior experience in this role is required to apply for this position. You will receive factory training. However, previous experience will be considered an advantage. Computer Literacy: Proficiency with inventory management systems and online part catalogues. Organisation: High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise task in a fast-paced setting.
