Registered Nurses (Gloucester)

The Opportunity We have permanent opportunities for a number of Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Mirrabooka Place
- Gloucester NSW. As a team leader and mentor at ward level, you will act in effective teamwork, maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person‑centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff. Supported Relocation Package We can offer a supported relocation package to the successful candidates if required. Shift Schedule Week 1:

- Mon PM: 1430‑2245
- Thu ND: 2230‑0645
- Fri ND: 2230‑0645

- Experience in palliative care, knowledge of AN‑ACC and providing high quality care to ageing people
- Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees
- Excellent time management, ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Current driver’s licence Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Proven ability to deliver person‑centred care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
- Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
