Sales & Office Administrator (Wyndham Vale)

Our established Real Estate office located in Manor Lakes/Wyndham Vale is seeking a switched on & motivated Sales & Office Administrator. This role will require you to efficiently manage the administrative duties of the Sales Team and overall office management. The key position will be ideal for someone with a keen interest to establish a career in the Real Estate Industry. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide extensive administrative support to the Sales Team
- Assist with marketing materials, sales campaigns activity, lead generation and social media
- Answer phone calls, client queries and co-ordination within the office
- Engage in effective office management
- Liaise with the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the business SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrate a robust customer service approach
- Show strong initiative and be self-motivated
- Have a switched on, solution oriented approach to the role at hand
- Expertise in using MS Office and be tech savvy
- Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others and in a team environment About You
- Previous Real Estate or Administration experience preferred
- Impeccable Time Management to adhere to deadlines
- Excellent Communication & Written Skills
