**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide timely and effective IT support for staff and students.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Set up, configure, and upgrade computers, printers, and other equipment.
- Maintain and manage the school’s network infrastructure and security.
- Handle user accounts and permissions.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Assist with data backups and recovery processes.
- Train staff and students on IT systems and best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in ICT support or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and educational software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
