Medical Receptionist Part Time Heidelberg

Mount Street Medical Centre is looking to hire an experienced medical receptionist to join our teaM/Family in Heidelberg.

Days of work are Tues,Wed and Thursday

Ideal canditate would also be adaptable and able to help cover annaul/sickleave.

This role requires you to work between 8am and 7pm.

Demostrate an understanding of basic health knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

greeting patients

scheduling appointments

scanning and data management of medical records

medicare batching and billing

private billing

preparing and restocking of consulting rooms.

Skills:

Willingness to learn and work as a team and autonomously

exeprience with Best Practice preferable

previous experience in administariton/customer care in a combined face to face and over the phone envrinoment is higly desirable

robust organisational skills and ability to multitask

ability to follow instructions and meet set standard.
