As our firm continues to grow, a new opportunity has been created for an early-career Financial Advisor. This role will work with our accounting and advisory team to deliver tailored financial strategies that genuinely improve our clients' lives. Our ideal candidate is post-PY with around 2+ years’ experience, with a strong knowledge of insurance and is ready to step into a role that offers real growth and long-term opportunity. - Develop personalised financial plans across investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning
- Work with clients with complex financial arrangements, including trusts, SMSFs, and cashflow modelling
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic advice
- Build internal relationships to generate referrals across divisions
- Source new clients through your personal and professional networks
- Educate and empower clients to make informed financial decisions
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes What You Bring:
- ASIC Financial Adviser Exam Certificate (if completed), Professional Year Completion Certificate, relevant degree approved by ASIC for the Financial Adviser Register
- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning, ideally with a strong knowledge of insurance.
- An understanding that great advice is about helping clients make better decisions and achieve what matters most
- A growth mindset, with a desire to continue learning, developing, and stepping into greater responsibility over time
- A strong interest in contributing to collaborative, multidisciplinary advice, working closely with accounting and advisory teams
