**About the Mental Health Division**
The Mental Health Division provides a comprehensive range of child, adolescent and adult mental health services to the areas of northeast metro Melbourne along with inter-regional and statewide specialist services, which are provided on both an inpatient basis and in community settings. The Mental Health Division is strongly committed to providing recovery-oriented services by providing holistic, compassionate care and offering partnership in recovery.
**About the role**
In this role, you will work in a front facing customer service position engaging with our consumers and providing administrative support to our clinical teams. This position will encompass Administration support at the Hawdon St & Burgundy St Clinics and Austin Campus.
A regular day will see you:
- Provide professional, high-quality customer service
- Support administrative operations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment ensuring our clients, carers and visitors feel valued and supported
**About you**
As the Administrative Officer, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a robust commitment to excellence. You’ll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
To be successful in this role you’ll bring with you:
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work and multi-task in a busy environment
- The ability to follow a prescribed workflow and escalate when necessary
- Ability to problem solve and attention to detail
- Proficiency and digital literacy expertise including the MS Office Suite
