About the role:

This is your chance to apply your case management experience in a fresh way, supporting injured workers to return to the workforce through vocational services under the WorkSafe scheme.

You’ll be:

Helping clients find current employment after injury or illness

Actively marketing clients' skills to employers in the open labour market

Liaising with insurers, treating professionals, and employers to achieve return to work outcomes

Using your motivation and job matching skills to create real change

Requirements

We’re looking for:

Strong understanding of employment services and the labour market

Experience motivating clients and achieving job placement outcomes

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Willingness to travel within Croydon and Metro regions

Experience in DES, employment services, or similar is highly valued

Bonus if you’re:

A registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Psychologist, or Osteopath (AHPRA registered)

Experienced in Occupational Rehabilitation, but we’re happy to train the right employment services professionals!
