Medical Receptionist (Terrigal)

**The Role**

We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a casual basis at the Skin Integrity Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Clinic.

This position entails approximately 3-4 days per week, with the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave. Our current opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:

- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required

- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills, skilled presentation and positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
- Current National Police Certificate
