- Front Of House Candidates must have valid legal work rights in Australia. Avoca Sands Cafe is looking for front of house legends to join our team. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. We are after people who: Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have great energy and people skills Work well in a team Care about good service and creating a excellent experience. Can stay calm under pressure and keep a positive attitude Cafe or hospitality experience is preferred, but personality, work ethic and attitude are just as important. What you will be doing: Taking orders and running food/drinks Looking after customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Keeping the venue clean and organised. Working closely with our kitchen and coffee team. It would mainly be Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend if needed. Avoca Beach is approximately 90km north of Sydney.
