Head Waiter/supervisor Wamberal

Suq Restaurant is an up market share plate restaurant which has become one of the best restaurants on the Central Coast. With a long list of regular clients who have come to expect an exceptional dining experience, we are looking for someone to fill the position of Head Waitperson to continue to offer outstanding service without compromise.

The position includes but not limited to:

The effective running of the dining room

Taking books and managing bookings

Greeting and seating guests

working with the kitchen to ensure a smooth service

the general cleaning of the dining room and restroom

training staff and supervision

working alone if necessary

ensuring sufficient stock of linen and bar etc

Experience in wine and bar is essential. Must be able to lift chairs and tables, should have own transport.

Availability from Tuesday to Saturday is required. Excellent tips on offer, outstanding work/life balance.

Salary: $26.20
- $33.00 per hour
