Chef (Wamberal)

Chefs Wanted for Central Coast Café We are looking for two reliable and passionate chefs for our café in Wamberal on the Central Coast of NSW. Have autonomy to create a brand-new menu and bring your own spin and flair to the role. If you have always wanted to put your stamp on a menu and you take pride in your work, then this role could be for you! About the role
· Menu creation with a point of difference, as well as seasonal items and specials
· Preparing and cooking café style breakfast and lunch
· Maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards
· Managing prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
· Working efficiently during busy service periods
· Supporting a positive and respectful team culture We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a chef or cook in a café or similar environment
- Is organised, calm, and reliable under pressure
- Has a genuine passion for quality food and presentation
- Can work independently and as part of a small team
- Holds relevant food safety knowledge and qualifications

· A trade certificate is a requirement for this role
· Ideally 2 years experience, and grill chef experience is required
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
