**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in aged care or individual/disability support
- NDIS Workers check _**or**_ Police check
- Valid drivers license
- First aid / CPR certificate
- Locations: Predominately based in Hobart
- Attentive and good communicator
- as confident as you can be, challenge yourself!
- Vacancies for shift work includes the morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts
- Delivering an excellence in service, this includes: Being well mannered, punctual, **friendly**, compassionate and respectful.

**The role**: Duties and responsibilities:

- Care over residents and aged care participants that require physical or cognitive support
- Ability to display skills and good practices in a clinical setting/environment
- Passion in care and support
- Able to show respect, patience, and care towards all participants and other staff
- Good representation of ASAP Care services

Skills and experience:

- Demonstrates an ability to speak clearly and confidently
- Displays compassion and care
- Experience as a worker in any support work (NDIS, Aged Care, Hospital etc)
- not compulsory but recommended
- Appropriate qualifications
