Yo-Chi is opening a brand new venue near Sydney CBD, in Glebe, and we’re on the hunt for an exceptional Venue General Manager and Assistant Venue Manager to help bring this next chapter to life.

The best part? You can start straight away. You’ll begin by training in an established Yo-Chi venue, fully immersing yourself in our culture, systems, and standards, while also playing a key role in recruiting and building your brand-new opening team ahead of launch.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Train in an established Yo-Chi venue to master our operations, systems, and leadership approach
- Support the end to end opening of a brand new Sydney CBD Yo-Chi, including recruitment, onboarding, and team training
- Lead by example to deliver standout guest experiences every shift
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing, engaged team
- Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and venue presentation
- Manage labour, COGS, and financial performance (P&L; accountability for VGM role)
- Create strong connections within the local Sydney CBD / Glebe community to grow the Yo-Chi love

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Experienced leaders in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded)
- People first leaders who love building culture from scratch
- Confident operators with strong commercial acumen
- Adaptable, resilient, and excited by the energy of a new venue opening
- Leaders who bring positive energy, accountability, and great vibes to work
