Home Care Support Worker - Sydney (Glebe)

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are currently recruiting care staff for** Balmain, Glebe, Ultimo, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Leichhardt, Eveliegh, Newtown, Redfern **and surrounding areas.

**Your New Role**
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
- **Transportation and Personal Care**:Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
- **Client Awareness**: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- **Safety Practices**: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers secure

**Key Requirements**
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
