We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. This is a junior role, perfect for someone looking to launch and grow their career in the tele fundraising industry.

**About the Role**: As a QA Executive at GiveTel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our campaigns deliver excellence. Using our AI-driven QA platform, you will:

- Listen to fundraiser calls and assess individual performance against specific guidelines and skill sets
- Ensure all fundraisers follow correct procedures and compliance standards
- Provide constructive feedback to improve quality and performance
- Highlight coaching opportunities to support our coaching team
- Assist with managing and maintaining calling lists to keep campaigns running smoothly

**About You**: We’re looking for someone who is:

- Computer savvy and confident working with digital platforms
- Analytical, with a robust eye for detail
- Comfortable interpreting data to provide actionable insights
- A strong communicator who can give feedback in a clear and supportive way

Preferred (but not essential):

- Experience in telefundraising or quality assurance
- An interest in coaching, compliance, or data-driven performance analytics
