- Operation Manager**

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and developing our operational footprint across the country—from service and logistics to team leadership and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless delivery, exceptional customer support, and operational excellence that supports our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Operational Leadership**
- Develop and manage all operational activities across Australia, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Supervise and support service operations to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strong national field technician coverage and negotiate with service partners to support regional needs.
**Customer Support & Service**
- Maintain high availability and responsiveness of phone-based customer support.
- Take customer calls and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Oversee service KPIs and implement improvements where needed.
**Warehouse & Logistics**
- Supervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and incoming inspection.
- Manage inventory levels (min/max), accuracy, and non-conformity (NCR) processes.
- Participate in hands-on tasks such as unloading containers and packaging service parts.
**Team Development**
- Recruit, coach, and grow the Australian operations team.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and support individual development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with the sales team to align delivery strategies with customer expectations.
- Participate in operational planning and execution across service, logistics, and warehouse functions.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify and implement process improvements across all areas of operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
**Requirements**:
- BAC / College degree in a technical or administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in management, logistics and operations
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in after sales / customer management
- Knowledge of Office Suite, Outlook
- Experience in inventory / warehouse management
- Autonomus/Ressourceful
- Team player and good communicator
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
