We are seeking a Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our practice on a full time and/or part time basis.

Convenient location 10 minutes by bus from Central Station and close to amenities

Responsibilities of the role:

General chair

side assistance including all aspects of dentistry.

Reception duties such as taking phone calls, booking appointments, HICAPS and EFTPOS payments.

Providing high quality patient care and management.

Complying with sterilisation and infection control protocols.

Must be available to work in a rotating shift including Saturdays.

Skills and experience

To be considered you will need to possess:

NO experience necessary as long as you have an interest in patient care. But those with experience in dental assisting and / or in other fields of health care are highly regarded.

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is an advantage but not essential.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualified, well-presented, punctual and reliable.

Willingness to learn and great attitude towards team work.

Basic computer literacy.
