Floor Supervisor / Team Leader For Japanese Bbq Restaurant Glebe

Join the team at Kyo Yakiniku, one of Sydney’s most popular Japanese BBQ restaurants. We're looking for a reliable and experienced floor supervisor or team leader who values great customer service and can lead by example.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience a plus)

Robust customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude

Ability to guide and support other team members on the floor

Confident in greeting guests, making small talk, and managing service smoothly

Someone who enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment

Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is highly preferred

Details:

Dinner service only: open 7 days a week, from 5:00 pmto 10:00 pm

Shifts usually start around 4:30 pm
