Accountant (Thebarton)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable (processing supplier invoices) and accounts receivable (issuing customer invoices)
- Prepare and process payroll (payrun preparation)
- Manage employee reimbursements and expense claims
- Coordinate with external accountants on financial reporting and compliance, including BAS/IAS support
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Allocate project costs and perform job costing within the ERP system
- Assist in integrating multiple systems into a unified ERP platform Requirements:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience (minimum 2 years)
- Familiarity with MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
- Understanding of Australian financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Well-organised, reliable, and proactive
