We’re seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to join our team in a full-time, office-based role, working closely with our leadership team to help drive strong financial discipline, operational excellence, and business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just a traditional finance role. This is a hands-on role with ownership of day-to-day finance and administration, while also playing an important part in forecasting, reporting, operational support, and helping shape business performance and direction. You’ll report directly to our COO and work closely with the wider team to help keep the business running smoothly, efficiently, and sustainably. - Own day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and solid financial discipline
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintaining clear visibility of cash flow and commitments
- Oversee invoicing and payroll processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance
- Maintain financial records and support month-end processes and reporting
- Prepare regular financial reports and provide clear insight into business performance
- Support cash flow management and forecasting to assist decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial obligations, including tax and regulatory requirements
- Identify risks, maintain strong controls, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes
- Support workplace operations through effective administration of office requirements, team logistics, and onboarding coordination
- Assist with marketing efforts including drafting social media posts and coordinating content
- Pitch in wherever needed — no task is too big or too small! Essential Capabilities and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administration and finance role
- A minimum of 5 years of admin/finance support experience is required
- Highly proficient using Office365 and cloud-based platforms (Xero, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail, and accountable
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage competing priorities
- A genuine "can-do" attitude and willingness to support the team in any way
- A current driver's licence
