**We are seeking a Workflow coordinator to join our Bunnings commercial services team.**

**What’s involved**

In this role, you’ll help keep our workflow humming by coordinating activities that support our Frame & Truss team, account managers, suppliers and customers.

You’ll:

- Support the creation of accurate quotes and orders that help our customers move confidently through their build.
- Work closely with our CRM and ordering systems to keep opportunities, updates and information in one place and easy for the team to action.
- Spot ways to improve how we do things
- whether it’s tightening a process, removing a roadblock or finding a smarter way to deliver value.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, keeping communication clear and helpful.
- Jump in hands‑on when the team needs support and help maintain a positive, customer‑first culture.
- Offer product alternatives and support decision‑making to help our customers get what they need, when they need it.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating details that help our teams deliver on time, every time—and learn plenty along the way.

**What you’ll need**
- Experience in customer service or a similar coordination role.
- Exposure to the construction or building products environment (handy, but not essential).
- Ability to read or interpret plans, or an interest in learning.
- Solid communication skills
- phone, written and face‑to‑face.
- Comfortable using systems like CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and ordering software.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
