About the role Are you a natural hunter with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving growth? MCC Adelaide is calling for an experienced Account Manager with a background in label printing to join our high-performing Sales team. - Manage customer call cycles to new and existing customers addressing their needs and enquiries.
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives. This includes track and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.
- Monitor market trends and conduct intelligence research.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers as well as negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with our customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

About you
- Account Management experience within the print or packaging industry. (Previous experience in manufacturing and label manufacturing preferred)
- A driven customer-focused mindset with a hunger to chase new business
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Can demonstrate the ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excels in organisation & time management skills and is flexible & adaptable to changing workload.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
