About the Role We’re looking for a Prepress Screen Maker to join our Adelaide team! A great opportunity for a confident, self motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
- Expose Rotary and Flatbed Screen mesh using UV laser technology (Luscher)
- Assembling rotary screens for all technologies. (Offset, Flexo and Digital printing presses)
- Record screen information using software provided (MS Excel based, basic computer skills required)
- Cleaning and reclaiming of previously used screen mesh, recording data and filing
- Managing reclaimed screens for re-use
- General housekeeping and maintenance of screen making equipment (including floors, sinks and chemical baths)
- Safe removal of used chemicals into waste drums provided
- Monitoring all screen stock levels, chemicals and consumables for the Screen Room
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively for competing deadlines
- Engaging and friendly personality with the ability to work closely with other departments
- Ability to look at problems creatively and offer solutions
- Positivity and can-do attitude
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety
- Computer skills (basic knowledge of PCs)
- Experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude
