**Exciting opportunity to join SA’s iconic RAA Insurance**:
- **Full-time permanent position based at Mile End with WFH flexibility**:

This exciting opportunity will see you govern our third-party suppliers from managing the policies and procedures through to supporting the business with contract management and training of third-party suppliers. In addition, you will:
- Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers within the business leveraging the procurement framework and our legal partners to create and/or update supplier contracts.
- Ensure administration support is provided for the procurement of goods and services, ensuring the business aligns with RAA policies, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Support adherence to contractual obligations through implementation of effective contract management processes.
- Support Relationship Owners with performance reporting for Contracted Suppliers and support actions required from onboarding to offboarding of a Contracted Supplier
- Ensure the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of Service Provider training is administered as per Obligations of a Service Provider (e.g. ANZIIF; GICOP).
- Ensure the development and maintenance of procedures to ensure Service Providers are compliant with legislations and Self Insurance Performance Standards.

- Proven experience in contract and supplier management role or similar
- Previous experience in a people leadership role including coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills in working with the business and suppliers to resolve differences and facilitate decision making.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders, contractors & suppliers.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
