In this role, you’ll manage accounts payable and receivable, process payments, reconcile transactions, and support month-end reporting. Duties & Responsibilities
- Verify, code, and process invoices for payment.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies through supplier liaison.
- Reconcile accounts payable with supplier statements.
- Manage electronic payments and cheque runs.
- Deal processing for vehicles and vans.
- Purchase of vehicles and vans.
- Registration of vehicles and vans.
- Post transactions to journals and ledgers.
- Banking and bank statement posting.
- Debtor reporting and follow up.
- Assist with month-end reporting and closing.
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient accounts operations.
- Maintain procedure manuals for backup support.

Skills & Experience
- Accounts experience & mathematical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
