People & Culture Professional (Thebarton)

The Role: Are you passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where people are empowered to thrive? Based in Thebarton SA, this role partners with stakeholders across the business to deliver initiatives that support our people strategy, strengthen culture and drive capability development. You’ll play a key role in:
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
- WGEA reporting and programs
- Building Equality Policy implementation
- Capability and leadership development
- Capability assessment programs
- Early career programs
- Industry partnerships, networks and workgroups
- Supporting broader P&C; initiatives, projects and cyclical activities

- Demonstrated human resources/people and culture generalist/ organisational development experience
- Demonstrated experience in Capability and Development, and Early Careers Programs
- Proactive and solution focused approach to challenges
- Business acumen and experience with a variety of industries is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, and relevant workplace legislation, and regulations.
