About the role This full-time role sits across the operational, digital, editorial and commercial sides of Glam Adelaide. You’ll work closely with the team to identify bottlenecks, improve internal systems, automate repetitive tasks, support reporting, and help us make better use of the tools we already have. You might be building or troubleshooting HubSpot workflows one day, improving a reporting process the next, then exploring how AI could help streamline social media, content planning, sales admin or campaign delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable learning as they go, taking initiative, and driving innovation within a growing digital media business. Key responsibilities You will help:
- Oversee and improve internal business processes, procedures and workflows
- Build, refine and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, automations and reporting
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive admin, sales, editorial and reporting tasks
- Support website improvements, user experience updates and digital functionality
- Help manage and improve internal systems, tools and documentation
- Problem-solve operational issues across the business
- Assist with admin, campaign reporting, data organisation and workflow management
- Explore how AI can improve content planning, social media, editorial production and business efficiency
- Research and test current tools, platforms and systems that could benefit the team
- Translate technical ideas into simple, practical solutions for non-technical team members
- Bring fresh thinking, smart systems and a sense of possibility to the business About you We’re looking for someone who is:
