The Role: Are you passionate about improving people systems and creating efficient, data-driven HR processes that support a thriving workforce? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced People & Culture qualified to play a key role in implementing our new HRIS, provide payroll support, develop impactful and insightful reporting, and providing proactive HR business support across the organisation.
Based in Thebarton, this role partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, enhance employee experience, and support our people strategy and culture objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation, rolling out and ongoing maintenance of new HRIS
- Provide support to payroll in collaboration with payroll/finance team
- Develop and maintain HR reporting dashboards and recurring reports
- Analyse workforce data to provide insights that support decision making
- Contribute to the design and improvement of HR reporting frameworks
- Provide Business Partner support across the business
- Support broader P&C; initiatives, projects and cyclical activities
- Assist in developing and embedding HR policies, procedures and best practice

- Experience in a People & Culture / HR Business Partner role or similar generalist HR position
- Exposure to HRIS implementation, payroll processes, and HR reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable balancing hands-on operational tasks with leading projects
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
