About the Role We are seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands and Pot Washers to join our fast-paced production kitchen. Key responsibilities include:
· Assisting with meal preparation, including texture-modified meals (Levels 3–7)
· Plating meals in a chilled production environment
· Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers
· General kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties
· Completing HACCP and food safety documentation
· Supporting chefs and team members in daily operations
· Performing manual handling tasks and working in a cold environment About You To be successful, you will have:
· Experience in a commercial or production kitchen
· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
· Experience using commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· High attention to detail and strong work ethic What we Offer
