With a fast‑growing client base, we are now seeking a full time Client Service Officer to join our team. About the Opportunity The Client Services Officer is responsible for performing the client service administration from the implementation meeting through to completion, in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring all elements of the ongoing service offer is provided to each client. Your role will also require you to be present during parts of client meetings and assist clients with general, non‑advice related queries. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Financial Advisers with the preparation for client meetings through to creating financial planning documentation.
- Proactively engaging with clients to assist with customer relationship management as well as provision of financial advice.
- Preparation and implementation of investment transactions.
- Timely follow up of transactions with fund managers, clients and advisers.
- Risk insurance administration.
- Liaising with Super Fund and Insurance providers to obtain information on client policies.
- Centrelink enquiries, paperwork and correspondence (ongoing training provided).
- CRM and platform administration and maintenance. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous demonstrated experience within the financial planning sector.
- Experience using Xplan or similar preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly developed administration skills.
- Excellent customer and client service skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships.
- Ability to demonstrate that you are a positive and supportive team member, with high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
- Highly productive, effective, solution orientated and a forward thinker. Benefits
