Job Description Our Transformation Practice brings together the skills and capabilities to support clients in addressing big agendas and delivering transformation programmes. The practice comprises the following domains:
- Architecture & Technology
- Business & Experience
- Capability & Change
- Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Execution & Enablement Where You Can Make an Impact The graduate programme is a 12‑month journey that supplies real‑world experience, hands‑on learning and exposure to industry‑leading projects. You will shadow senior leaders, engage in discussions with industry experts, and benefit from structured learning, personal mentoring, e‑learning pathways and continuous feedback. Current positions are available within the Business & Experience and Change & Capability groups. Business & Experience This team delivers multi‑disciplinary expertise to help clients envision, design and implement the capabilities required to achieve their strategic objectives. Core activities include:
- Capability definition, design, development and costing
- Systems engineering
- Operating model design
- Business requirements and process mapping
- Service model design Change & Capability Our Change & Capability team empowers clients to prepare for and leverage rapid changes to work and the workforce. Key focus areas are:
- Organisational and cultural transformation
- Future of work and workforce development
- Learning and capability uplift
