Description
We're a family‑run business in the premium beverage and wellness space, with two growing brands – Polka & Frank Simple – and a private label manufacturing arm. After a robust year of national retail growth with major retailers such as Dan Murphy’s, Woolworths, and Coles, we’re hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of our Adelaide warehouse and keep orders, stock, and dispatch running like clockwork. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role for someone who loves variety, takes pride in keeping things organised, and gets a quiet kick out of a perfectly stacked pallet. You’ll be the engine room of our operations – with plenty of room to grow into a senior operations role as we scale. What you will be doing
- Picking, packing, and dispatching e‑commerce and wholesale orders accurately and on time
- Building and arranging pallets ready for dispatch
- Managing stock end‑to‑end – receiving deliveries, running stock takes, keeping supplies topped up
- Helping with stock forecasting so we never run short (or overstock)
- Coordinating transport and liaising with courier and freight partners
- Operating the forklift safely – experience is a plus, but training can be provided
- Completing local metro deliveries to retail and distribution partners
- Pitching in across the wider warehouse and supporting day‑to‑day small‑business operations What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail
- A natural organiser who likes systems and keeps things moving
- Comfort with basic logistics or order‑management software (we can train, but a basic understanding helps)
- Physical ability to lift 20kg cartons – there is some heavy lifting in this role
- A self‑starter mindset – happy working independently and a strong team player when it counts
- A reliable, can‑do attitude and pride in your work
- A current forklift licence (we can support you to get one if not)
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or order‑fulfilment experience
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify) and freight or 3PL systems
- Some experience with stock forecasting, inventory management, or purchasing Why work with us – We are a small, ambitious team with two growing national brands, a private label manufacturing arm, and big plans. You’ll get real responsibility from day one, a friendly day‑to‑day, and the chance to grow into a bigger operations role as we scale. We back people who take initiative, care about the details, and bring honest, good energy to a hands‑on setting. To apply Send your resume and a quick note about why this role suits you to . Immediate start available for the right fit – we'd love to hear from you. #J-*****-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rpcgs
