About You We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and professionally presented solicitor, with at least three years of post admission experience in civil litigation and personal injuries law, to join our busy personal injury and civil litigation team. You will be looking for a challenge, and ready to hit the ground running, taking on the day to day running of files with partner supervision and assistance. You will be self-sufficient, with a positive typing speed, able to prepare your own correspondence and court documents. You will have excellent verbal and communication skills. A background as a personal assistant, paralegal or law clerk, in civil litigation, personal injury or a variety of matter types, would be an advantage. About the Role This role will involve the preparation of legal documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, experts and barristers, and assisting with the day to day running of files under partner supervision. You will prepare briefs, take statements and assist with investigative work associated with claims and defences to claims, and attend court as required. You will work closely with our team to continue developing your litigation skills while providing excellent service to our clients.
